A 14-YEAR-old boy has been arrested and charged with the murder of his 10-year-old stepsister after her body was found in an abandoned lot, police say. Na'Mylah J. Turner-Moore was reported missing on Tuesday morning around 6:15am, just hours before she was found dead.
