RAPPER Fetty Wap has been arrested just weeks after being busted by the FBI on federal drug charges. Cops received an alert from the rapper's ankle monitor that he wears following his recent arrest on suspicion of being a member of a multi-million-dollar drug trafficking ring.

BackGridFetty Wap has been arrested at Newark Airport in New Jersey '/ ' According to law enforcement sources who spoke to TMZ, Fetty Wap was at Newark Liberty Airport when cops received the alert. After speaking with Fetty Wap, officers discovered a warrant out for his arrest. It's reported that the warrant is for public nuisance in North Bergen, New Jersey. The outlet reported that the rapper was arrested and booked, but will be able to make bail and get released again, citing law enforcement sources. This arrest comes just weeks after Fetty Wap was arrested by the FBI on October 28. At that time, he was getting ready to take the stage at the Rolling Loud concert at Citi Field in Queens, New York. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges. According to NJ.com, the rapper is one of a half-dozen suspected heroin and fentanyl pushers who was working to distribute and possess controlled substances. Federal agents said that investigation yielded $1.5million in cash, 16 kilograms of cocaine, 2 kilograms of heroin, fentanyl pills, pistols, handguns, and a rifle. The investigation is ongoing. FETTY WAP'S PAST LEGAL TROUBLES Fetty, real name William Junior Maxwell II, has faced legal trouble previously. On November 2, 2017, Fetty was pulled over and arrested by police on a Brooklyn highway for suspected drunk driving. He was hit with charges for drunk driving, reckless endangerment, drag racing, illegally changing lanes, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
