The provincial prosecutor’s office in Occidental Mindoro has dismissed the charges the Philippine Coast Guard filed against Hong Kong-flagged M/V Vienna Wood, which hit the fishing vessel Liberty 5 off Mamburao in Occidental Mindoro last June.
