Maj. Gen. Debold Sinas, Metro Manila police chief, said four persons on board a jeepney with a red PISTON flag were apprehended near Quezon Memorial Circle Monday morning for allegedly violating the rule prohibiting traditional jeepneys on Metro Manila roads.
