(Updated) State weather bureau PAGASA said Rolly crashed into the land of San Narciso, Quezon province at 12 p.m. It earlier made landfall as super typhoon in Bato, Catanduanes at 4:50 a.m. and Tiwi in Albay at 7:20 a.m.
